As one of a very few certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioners in the U.S., I understand the value it brings to my clients. Matrix Repatterning Therapy (MRT) is my primary choice of treatment.  MRT improves posture, increases mobility, reduces chiropractic subluxation (by treating the spine directly and indirectly), reduces pain and brings other health benefits to most clients.

MRT, as helpful as it can be for most, is certainly not the end-all for body care. Gentle chiropractic adjustments during your visit help the body adapt to the changes.  At times I will incorporate muscle therapy, or graston technique (breaks up adhesions), depending on the need of the client. However, most of our time is spent performing MRT. Also, I am happy to make appropriate referrals for future needs.

I have a deep appreciation for other forms of care and will work with your body care practitioners to help them understand MRT and the changes that will be going on in your body. If you do not have your own practitioners, we have an excellent group of chiropractors, neuromuscular therapists, acupuncturist, trainers, and massage therapists at Benessere to help you reach even higher levels of health and function.
